SANCHEZ DELIVERS GAME-WINNING TRIPLE IN NINTH

Sussex, NJ – Trailing, 9-7, entering the top of the ninth inning, Sussex rallied for three runs to steal a win from Pittsfield. Skyhawks 1B Kris Sanchez led the way offensively, going 3-for-6 with a home run, a double, two runs scored and four RBI. Six other hitters in the Sussex lineup recorded two hits, including LF Kraig Binick, who was 2-for-3 with a run scored and a RBI. Skyhawks reliever Jared Locke allowed two runs in one inning, but it turned out to be enough for his second win of the year.
